For 40 years, EMCS has designed state and municipal road improvements and site amenities, focusing on developing technically and financially sound solutions that fit the fabric of the community or development. Roadway Design
Our transportation design staff successfully delivers projects for urban and rural roadway systems including feasibility studies, project design surveys, right-of-way plat preparation, pavement design, roadway geometrics, drainage, preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, traffic control, permanent signing, noise analysis, environmental documentation and public involvement.
EMCS project engineers and technicians support our design efforts utilizing AutoCAD®, Civil3D®, MicroStation®, and InRoads®.
